Using a large piece of cardboard, I mesured and cut a templete for the transom. Still needs to be trimmed in some areas, but it fits nicely. Im going to wait on cutting out the pump opening till the transom and stringers are in.

I was planing on using 4" stringers, but once I thought about it, I cut them to 5". My thinking is once there laminated and shaved down to the angle of the hull, they will be back down to 4". Thanks Dad for the new table saw!
