Day 2 working on this, I start cutting away the old seat mounts, sub floor and bulkhead. Under the sub floor and behind the bulkhead was all rotten, wet foam. I just took an angle grinder to the floor and bulkhead and didn't stop till all the old foam and fiberglass was removed. Definitely wear Your dust mask if You try this!

Here You can see the bulkhead and foam removed.

I also removed the steering wheel hardware and feathered out all holes on the top to later on fill them back in.
