Splashwell Fill

Using a piece of plywood, I clamped it on the outside of the top. To try and match the curve as best as possible on the back, I also clamped a piece of aluminum angle in. Before setting the old piece of fiberglass in I saved from cutting out the spashwell, I lined the wood and aluminum with wax paper so the resin would not bond to it. For now, there is one layer of chopped mat and two layers of roven. Next I plan on putting 2 more layers of roven and the piece of plywood covered with one more layer of roven finished off with one layer of chopped mat. That should give me ample strength in this area.
