Today I got to sanding some filler I used to fill the holes in the transom. Each hole I ground out with my grinder so the filler got a good bite. Got the first coat of filler sanded then measured and cut out the transom for the jet pump. Once I got the transom cut out, I applied a second coat of filler and got most of the low spots. Shot a coat of primer to show any imperfections and I will fill and finish them tomorrow.

I bought clamps for my stringers to hold them against my spacers for when I glass them in. I'm going to keep sanding up the sides of the hull and lay roven all the way up to the seem and as far forward as the stringers. I think it will help strengthen it some more.

My cut out needs a little touching up, but I think once I glass it all in, it will be fine. That small hole on top will be filled.

All around the edge of the transom, I am going to fill with the fiberglass impregnated filler and sand somewhat smooth. This way once the cloth is over it it wont be noticed.
